At Lev's Inventions, we want to make sure you like your order and if for any reason you're not fully satisfied. we're here to make it right. As long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll come with a solution!

For any quality problems, make sure to provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface. this quick and easy step will help us to provide a fast solution.

Cancellations and Amendments.

All of our products are made-to-order especially for you! if you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can edit your order at any time before the listing ends (whichever comes first).

Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as 48 hours once your order has come to assembly/production.

In case of a cancellation, the refund will be transferred in a maximum of 20 days.

Damaged/Quality Issues.

For the fastest resolution, please include photos demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the product. the most optimal photos are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminating errors in the future.

Return costs.

Any costs in response to a return must be paid yourself.
